The Future of Food Trucks
Join dining writer Jennifer McClellan for a panel discussion covering just about everything you ever wanted to know about the Valley's food truck scene, all at the new brick-and-mortar home of food truckers Short Leash Hotdogs.
McClellan will host a conversation with Short Leash co-owner Brad Moore, Aji Mobile Foods co-owner Giancarlo Alarcon, community organizer Greg Esser and others, followed by a Q&A session.
Dinner available from participating food trucks.
