Hot artichoke dip with bread and fresh vegetables
Sweet-leaf salad
Mixed-greens, fresh strawberries, pecans, tomatoes, roasted cherry vinaigrette

Shrimp penne in vodka sauce
Chicken Marsala with mushrooms
Pan seared salmon topped with baby spinach and roasted tomatoes with a pesto creme sauce.
