Track Seven's 7th Anniversary Beer Dinner
We are starting Track Seven's 7th Anniversary early this year!
You are invited to join our Brewmaster Ryan Graham and Head Chef Noah Mansfield at our inaugural Beer Dinner on Sunday, Dec 16th from 6-9pm at The Other Side. Everyone in attendance will enjoy a 3 course dinner. Each course will be paired with 2 different Track 7 beers; we'll be bringing back some old fan favorites and some exciting new special releases just for the occasion. At the end of the night, each guest will take home a souvenir anniversary glass.
Welcome beer 6-6:30

Guests will seat themselves at 6:30
Dinner begins at 6:45pm
COURSE 1:
Chicories, persimmon, apple, Meyer lemon, Chèvre, walnuts, fines herbs
Paired with Yunabrew Red Ale & Hoppy Palm Pale Ale
INTERMISSION BEER:
Cactus Refresher Kettle Sour Ale
COURSE 2:
Prime Rib (veggie option: grilled oyster mushroom skewer), horseradish whip, sour cream and chive mash potatoes, delicata squash rings, blackberry demi glace
Paired with Daylight Amber & Bloody Eye (Double IPA Blood Transfusion)
COURSE 3:
Chocolate blood orange pot de creme, barley rye whip, pomegranate
Paired with Darkness, Imprisoning Me Russian Imperial Stout & Rye Whisky Big 4 Strong Ale
