12 Beers of Christmas

We are having our very first beer dinner here at Crafty Cow MKE and Hot Head Fried Chicken in partnership with Third Space Brewing. To shake things up from the normal, we are going to be choosing three beers for each course that pair with the food, and you get to choose which one you think will go best!

The dinner will start at 6:30 pm with a welcome beer with snacks with the first course being served at 7pm.

Course 1 - Warm Apple and Brussel Sprout salad with pomegranate, Iron Grate Bacon, lemon and garlic. Fried bread cheese garnish.

Course 2 - Sweet Potato and shishito pepper hash with Stone Creek Coffee rubbed pork cheeks braised in Dr. Pepper.

Course 3 - Fried Lobster with a cheddar and chive cornbread waffle served with honey butter. Option to have the lobster done Nashville hot style.

Course 4 - Smoked maple and bourbon pecan ice cream with a warm peach crisp drizzled with a brandy caramel.

Beer pairings will be announced soon!

Tickets for the event will be $55 per person and will include the food plus the five beers, any additional beers can be purchased during the dinner.
