Lighten Up: Enlightening stories from Muslims and Jews
Stories bring people together, and don't we need a lot more of that these days? Come for a chill vibe on Thursday night, December 6th, for an evening of personal stories from Muslim and Jewish performers on the theme of Lighten Up.

Ophira Eisenberg
The host of NPRs and WNYCs new weekly trivia, puzzle, and game show Ask Me Another. Its half raucous pub trivia, half comedy talk show with witty banter, celebrity guests, and live music blended in.
Recently I performed on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson. Ive also appeared on Comedy Central, VH-1, The Today Show, TV Guide Channels Standup In Stilettos, Fox, E! Channel, CNN, Oxygen Network, and the AXS Network.
Maryam Zaringhalam
Maryam Zaringhalam is a molecular biologist who traded in her pipettes for the world of science policy and advocacy after receiving her PhD from The Rockefeller University. She is currently based in Washington, DC where she is an AAAS Science & Technology Policy Fellow, producer for The Story Collider, and a leadership member of 500 Women Scientists. Dahlia Lithwick
