The NYC-based sushi supper club Mayanoki offers New Yorkers a multi-course omakase style dinner prepared by one of the best sushi chefs in the city. Omakase literally means "entrust" which translates directly to the diner entrusting all aspects of the meal to the chef. This approach allows the chef to creatively prepare dishes with the freshest ingredients available and to use a more artistic, spontaneous approach to cooking.
Chef Albert Tse has been a sushi master chef for over 20 years, spending the majority of his culinary career at Zutto in TriBeCa. He now offers his world class skills to adventurous foodies who seek to experience sushi as only he can provide.
Mayanoki will host a multi-course (7-8 courses) sushi dinner at Williamsburg's Brooklyn Oenology. Brooklyn Oenology will provide wine hand-selected pairings from their locally-produced wines to be served along with the dinner.
