Timeless Meditation With Cannakula
Join Cannakula for an easy breezy Timeless Meditation, led by Jorge Nassar.
Class will include pranayama (breath work), gentle yin yoga and guided meditation. The perfect offering for all levels of practice. No experience necessary.
Class begins at 10:30am Check-In begins at 10:10am. Please bring a mat.
Participants with a valid medical card will receive a goodie bag sponsored by Midtown Roots and Timeless/ Canary Vapes. MMJ card holders will receive a FREE 500mg Canary cartridge.
