Sebastian Mendieta + Simone Fung from s+s gastro grub is honored to be collaborating with Chef Dave Cruz to host a pop-up dinner at a wonderful space in Oakland, CA.

We will be featuring the following seasonal, local and sustainable ingredients for our fantastic 5-course dinner:
- Mizuna Dragon Tongue Radish Organic Hen Egg
- English Peas Baby Artichokes Spring Onions
- Pork Belly Clams Gigante Beans
- Spider Steak Calcot Onion Potatoes
- Strawberries Tokaji Mint
