Brittany Kingery "Edge of the Ocean" Album Release Concert/Party
Olympia singer Brittany Kingery celebrates the release of her beach-themed trop rock CD "Edge of the Ocean" to kick off the CInco de Mayo weekend, with special guests The Brown Edition, the funk-soul-Latin group twice voted Olympia's best band and recently named the Seattle area's best indie band.
Brittany Kingery will perform songs from the album with her band Game Six at 8 pm. The Brown Edition takes over at 10 pm for late night dancing.
Proceeds from CD sales and downloads of "Edge of the Ocean" through Cinco de Mayo benefit Corazón de Niña, a privately run shelter for teenage girls in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. The CD is available for purchase/download at cdbaby.com and I-Tunes.
