EATER BURGER WEEK PRESENTS BURGER FRIDAY
After working up your burger appetite with a whole week of burger-centric coverage on Eater Austin, join the Eater team for a one-night-only burgers and beer cookout. On tap: delicious beers from the brewmasters at Hops & Grain, paired with a special mini-burger menu from Dan Stacy of the Seedling Truck. (Yes, a veggie option will be available!)
Hops & Grain is a dog-friendly brewery, so furry friends are welcome to join in the Burger Friday fun. As a charitable bonus, Hops & Grain staff will be donating their tips from the event to Austin Pets Alive in honor of the release of The One They Call Zoe, H&G's third permanent can, named for the brewery's canine mascot.
On-site at the brewery, Hops & Grain's beer is free to anyone over 21. Seating will be available but limited; guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or picnic blankets to ensure maximum comfort.
Keep an eye on @SeedlingTruck for menu teases: ground pork belly slider with bourbon-braised bacon and candy onions or brisket, short rib burger with fried quail egg and San Marzano catsup, anyone?
