Winter is Coming Brewer's Dinner
Join us for an evening of culinary delight as we taste our way through a five course food and beer pairing menu, curated by our very own Executive Chef, Alberto Lucatero and our Head Brewer and Certified Cicerone, Dan Anderson.
Course 1: Butternut Squash Soup - Oven roasted squash blended with fresh ginger and spices. Topped with creme fraiche. Paired with our New Garde White Ale
Course 2: Duck Ravioli - Slow oven roasted duck, marinated in aromatic herbs with caramelized fennel, carrots, celery, and fresh tomatoes. Topped in a sage brown butter with pecorino cheese. Paired with our Veteran's Day IPA
Course 3: Chicken Pot Pie- Sauteed chicken, cremini mushrooms, fresh pearl onions, carrots, and potatoes with fresh herbs combined with fresh peas and then baked to perfection. Paired with our Ghost on the Boardwalk Dry Irish Stout.
Course 4: Beef Stroganoff - Sauteed mushrooms, onions, fresh garlic and fresh aromatic herbs with top sirloin steak. Served over chive mashed potatoes then topped with sour cream. Paired with our Rogue Bludger Imperial IPA.
Course 5: Brioche Bread Pudding - House made brioche bread soaked overnight in a vanilla cream then baked and served with house made bourbon caramel sauce. Paired with a limited release Holiday Beer.
