Flamenco
Vocalist Silvia Temis pairs up with guitarist Tosh Hayashi for two nights to bring you on a journey through Andalucia, performing the traditional flamenco songs of Granada to Cadiz to Triana, Sevilla.
Silvia and Tosh have been appearing together regularly in Calgary as part of multiple flamenco performance projects, most recently for the Flamenco Tablao series at Junction Food, Bar, Stage with Salero Calo, for the ProArts series at the Church of the Redeemer with Anastassiia Mousatova, and as guest artists for this year's Flamenco Community Concert at La Cité des Rocheuses, all to high acclaim.
Expect an acoustic and unplugged evening of guitar and vocal interpretations of traditional flamenco song.
