Oak Park Preschool Parenting Workshop - Nurturing Consistency

Brought to you by First United Nursery School and the Collaboration for Early Childhood, this workshop will build skills to help parents remain emotionally calm and in control, so they are able to help their children when they are upset or frustrated.

What our children need most from us is so very hard. We're human. They need us to be nonplused by their current personal emotional storms - not joining in their fight, flight, freeze reactions; not generating our very own storms on top of theirs. Sheryl Stoller will be sharing some power tools for you to use in any situation for getting a hold of yourself, whatever the situation. Living becomes more loving, connected, pleasant, and fulfilling for everyone! It creates the Emotional Legacy(tm) you intend!
