Seasoned with our blend of Spices, Grilled and topped with a Lemon Roasted Red Pepper Butter Compote, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables

3. Maple-Bourbon Marinated Grilled Bistro Filet
Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables, Rosemary-Bourbon Jus

4. Grilled New York Steak
Whiskey Porcini Sauce, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables

5. Vegetable Cappellini
Tomatoes, Spinach, Seasonal Vegetables tossed in a White Wine Pesto Cream Sauce (vegetarian)

6. Vegan Sweet Chili Stir Fry
Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Mushrooms, Green & Red Bell Peppers, Spinach, Onions
in a Sweet Chili Sauce and poured onto Steamed Jasmine Rice
