David Bromberg: Unsung Treasure: Sunday 12-2 at 2:30 PM PMA / Documentary / Dir: Beth Toni Truvant / USA / 2012 / 75 min

This feature documentary reveals the rich and largely untold history of David Bromberg through intimate interviews with Bromberg, archival photographs and footage, music recordings (including never-before released cuts of Bromberg's music), and interviews with his contemporaries and family. An equal passion for blues, folk, country, bluegrass and rock and roll, Bromberg's diverse range resurfaced in 2007 when he began a musical comeback, recording an album that was nominated for a Grammy award. The film shows Bromberg recording the album USE ME with a number of musical luminaries including Keb Mo, Dr. John and Vince Gill.

Film will be followed by a discussion with David Bromberg and the film's director, Beth Toni Truvant.

Following the discussion,  enjoy a live performance by Mr. Bromberg.

Tickets - $45 include panel discussion and concert.

*Tickets sold at the door will be $50, subject to availability.

* In the event the film sells out, tickets will be sold on a first come-first serve basis, as they become available one half hour before start time.
