Birthing Again - Creating an Empowering Birth Experience
Having another Baby? Would you do anything different this time? Participants will process their previous birth experience and develop strategies to move through the birthing process smoothly. Whether its been a couple years since your last birth or a few months learn how to introduce a new baby into the home. In this workshop you will learn:
* Comfort Techniques
* Setting Birth Goals
* Advocacy for mother and partner
* Natural Cesarean Method
* Practical Tools for Second time parents
Open to those expecting and partners.
