Sandbox Theatre's WordsDoMove
Sandbox Theatre presents Words Do Move, an all new theatrical event.
We speak, we stay silent. We fight, we hide. We listen, we shut down. How do our words move us? Are we only moved further apart? Or can we be moved to take better care of each other?
Words Do Move is a five-part collection of episodes woven together with storytelling, movement, and song bringing together musicians, poets, actors and writers into Sandboxs collaborative ensemble creation process, generating genuine, honest moments borne from the breadth of their personal experience. Its a rigorous process of self-examination, refined and polished into imaginative, unexpected stories that are wholly their own. With video design by Tamara Ober and Kristina Fjellman, and live music by Theo Langason.
