Join White Labs Kitchen & Tap for a delicious and educational evening. White Labs Ashevilles Education & Engagement Curator Jo Doyle is teaming up with White Labs Kitchen & Tap's Head Chef Rob Morrison for an hour and a half pairing session. The event will explore the history and techniques of preserving the summer harvest for the cold winter months ahead. We will feature four courses of in-house ferments and accouterments paired with five White Labs beers.
