Many folks have a space set aside in their homes for meditation, for contemplation, or for spiritual practice - but, not everyone has the space or time to devote to a home shrine! For many of us, if we cant take it with us, it may not get used. In this workshop, well talk about the possible types and uses of pocket shrines, and then have the chance to create our own. The cost of this workshop includes materials to create a pocket shrine, though participants are welcome to bring personal materials like: photos of ancestors, trinket-sized power/focus items, natural materials (meaningful flowers or stones, for instance).

Join Lou Horton in this special workshop teaching you how to paint her hilarious assemblage ceramic critters. Choose from little mermaids with animal heads or animal-headed cherubs. Youll learn a unique painting technique using beautiful shimmery colors. The piece is about 3 and workshop includes all supplies.
