HR Law with Matthew Burr
For many supervisors, making a mistake that gets them into hot water with HR is one of their greatest fears. This program will provide a high-level overview of the impacts these laws can have not only on an organization, but on supervisors and managers in their day to day job duties. Attendees will gain a better understanding of the laws through the use of detailed examples, discussion, and real-world scenarios.
Attendees will:

- Learn about important federal and state workplace laws and regulations related to labor standards, safety, ant-discrimination, and harassment
- Use discussion questions and what if scenarios to reinforce learning
- Be provided a guidebook for daily reference
