Shine a Light on Suicide Awareness
Join Shawnee Family Health Center for our 4th Annual 5K.
This event is held in the city of Portsmouth, Ohio, located on the Ohio River. The route takes you into the historic downtown area and past the murals that reflect Portsmouth's history.
We will start the 5K with a balloon launch in memory of loved ones whom have completed suicide.
We have guest speakers, community booths, and raffles, and the Mothman Acoustics band will be performing.
All proceeds go to support the Scioto County Suicide Prevention Coalition, which has developed an emergency response team and a free Speakers Bureau.
Registration fee $20.00
Groups of 10 - $125.00
Children 10 and under - free(this does not include t-shirt)
