Irish Fair of Minnesota Zero K
Have you always wanted to include finishing a race on your list of life accomplishments? Have you always wanted to win first place? If you have a deep yearning to complete these goals, then the Irish Fair of Minnesota's Zero K is the activity this summer you cant miss out on doing!
The Zero K is an annual race hosted by Irish Fair of Minnesota, and start point to end point is only three meters! It may not be long, but this in no way detracts from the genuine race-like feel or your prerogative to boast about your racing prowess to your friends on Monday! For we believe everyone who has the stamina to walk, run, jog, or hop that three meters distance deserves to win first place!
All first place winners will receive a limited edition, exclusive, heirloom-quality collectable Zero K t-shirt. These t-shirts are highly sought after, and as always will feature our signature cartoon couch potato. After participating in the race hydrate the winner in you by claiming your free ice cold FINNEGANS!
The race is hosted by a true Irishmen, the illustrious and celebrated Eamonn DeCogain, and is co-hosted by Baarry, our always-delightful sheep mascot.
Registration for this event is open now! Qualifying requirements: having a good sense of humor, wanting to become part of the Irish Fair of Minnesota community, and the burning desire to get your very own Zero K t-shirt!
Sing up by yourself, with your kids, or with a team. Create a team name, wear a team costume, or design your own team sign! But most importantly start training now with biceps curls of FINNEGANS Irish Ale, and walks to and from the pub! (Modifications to this training regime are encouraged for those under 21 years old)
The Zero K will be held Saturday, August 11th and Sunday, August 12th at 2 p.m. on the sports field. Register in advance for only $20 or procrastinate right on up to the day of the run and pay $30 at the Zero K registration tent!
T-Shirts are unisex and range from small to 3XL. There will also be water and soda available for those who want a non-alcoholic beverage option, or for those under 21 years of age!
