Its hard to believe that 25 years have elapsed since Peter Gzowski hosted Quartette on CBC radio, prompting calls for them to record what became their stellar, eponymous debut album. Since then, this Canadian supergroup (currently Cindy Church, Caitlin Hanford, Gwen Swick and Sylvia Tyson) has continued to grow and evolve artistically, both as individuals and collectively.
