Thrilled to be BACK at the Whitefire Theater in LOS ANGELES. This show has been such a phenomenal whirlwind of a ride...|
TALES OF MODERN MOTHERHOOD was just in Philadelphia. Love the city of Brotherly love! The show was asked to HEADLINE this years Whitefire Annual SOLO FEST, where we COMPLETED a 6 week run in January/February. This is the largest one-person show festival on the West Coast. It truly was an INCREDIBLE experience! Before that, we were OFF-BROADWAY, for the East Coast Premiere at the United Solo Festival in New York City, which was coming off of a SOLD-OUT run at the Santa Monica Playhouse in Los Angeles.
"However, you do NOT have to be a parent to appreciate this show. Some of my most memorable and meaningful compliments have been from men without children...interesting! That deeply touches me!" -Pam Levin
"I saw Pam Levin's show tonight - This is by far one of the best shows I've seen in years. Anyone in the Los Angeles area, it's a MUST SEE! Remarkably honest and rare. Emotionally charged and side splitting. A beautifully crafted love story, masterfully told."
-Jarret Wright (Actor/Writer/Producer)
This one woman show is witty, entertaining, poignant, real, raw, all in one; in short, its everything fine theatre should be.
Review by Bonnie Priever, Curtain Up
"...with the expertise of a Broadway star, Levin delights the audience with stories mothers all over the world can relate to."
Review by Pamela Manganaro, Tolucan Times
"I absolutely loved this show. If you happen to have the opportunity to catch Pam Levin and her "Tales of Modern Motherhood" then treat yourself, this show is too wonderful to pass up."

TALES OF MODERMOTHERHOOD...THIS SH*T JUST GOT REAL, is a heartfelt comedy about the uncertainties of becoming a parent, the FEAR of being a parent, and the reservations of why we didnt just settle for a dog. It addresses the good, the bad and the ugly truth about what really happens behind closed doors and gives a very honest perspective on the hardest job in the world PARENTING!!!
***This is the "Director's CUT," we have added 3 deleted scenes from the original script!***
Pam Levin is a veteran in the one-woman show genre. She has toured all over the world, off and on for six years with the AWARD-WINNING show, "The Quiet Room". She also had the pleasure of performing, "In My Own X-Rated Words", written by Fredrica Duke for the last 2 1/2 years in Los Angeles and OFF-Broadway. This is Pam's first time writing her own solo piece, which she crafted in Terrie Silverman's Solo Master Class in Los Angeles.
