How to Score with Alternative Compliance Methods
Most architects are familiar with Ohio Building Code - Chapter 34 Existing Buildings but few are expert at the nuances and means to actually use the Alternative Compliance Methods of 3407. This course will provide a deep dive into the details of how to actually accomplish this. Detailed explanations and case histories will illuminate the techniques and give you the confidence to make this a useful part of any existing building project. Participants will receive a free special spreadsheet to use in their offices.
