Internal Monitoring for Suppliers
The FLA will be offering a one-day, social compliance training opportunity for our affiliate's Southeast Asian suppliers following our Board Meeting on Friday, October 19, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
This training is a basic introductory level course and has been designed to cover common social compliance challenges and explore country-specific labor issues. The purpose of the training is to better equip our suppliers with the knowledge and skills to help their factories address components of working conditions and systems measured in internal audits and external assessments. The training will cover the FLA Workplace Code of Conduct and focus on the following elements: Compensation & Hours of Work, Freedom of Association & Grievance Systems, and Health & Safety.
Invite your suppliers to join us for this in-person training, a unique opportunity for an interactive experience where suppliers are encouraged to ask questions, clarify concerns, and discuss challenges. Enhancing this knowledge within your supply chain will help your company uphold its commitment to responsible sourcing and make progress on protecting the rights of workers.
Time: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Fee: USD $325 per person
Language: Vietnamese & English (simultaneous translators will be present)
Capacity: 40 people (first come, first serve)
Meals: Breakfast and Lunch will be provided

How to buy the ticket for Internal Monitoring for Suppliers training directly in Vietnam, instead of online purchasing |

The training must be paid for ahead of time and cannot be purchased directly in Vietnam. We highly prefer that you purchase the ticket online by credit card, however, if this is absolutely not an option for you, we try to arrange a direct bank transfer that will add an extra fee. Once you add the ticket to the cart and pay by credit card, you will get an email with your receipt. You do not need a physical ticket. |

Yes, the current deadline is Sept 30th and it will likely be extended to Oct 5th. |

Each person has to buy each ticket separately because there are registration details required. You can buy a second ticket, but it must be in a separate process transaction. |

The training has sold out, however, we are opening the registration back up to allow a few more people to register since there is so much interest. Please register as soon as possible because we will cap the capacity again soon. |
