This event brings together women in business - women who are CEOs, Partners, Executives, and Business Leaders - and offers a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability, and support. Whether you are at the pinnacle of your career or are relatively new to the Executive Suite, this is an opportunity for you to gain insights, support and expert perspectives from other women in leadership to help you achieve your highest success.

Our special guest is Brenda Torres.

Brenda joined Crowe LLP as a campus hire in 1994 from the University of Notre Dame. Today, she holds a number of leadership positions within Crowe's Audit and Assurance practice, the firm's largest business unit: Partner-In-Charge of Operations, Management Team Member and Dean of the Audit College within Crowe University. She is a former member of the firm's CEO Advisory Council, a group of partners working closely with the CEO to drive several key initiatives.  She does this all while continuing to serve external clients.

Brenda will share her career journey as well as how she manages and prioritizes her time and energy to provide sponsorship and advocacy for emerging leaders along with her other responsibilities.

She will challenge you to think about your role in supporting emerging leaders. Who supports you on your journey? How does that impact your path? How can you share that impact?
