This soirée will be hosted by the one and only Davey Love. Yeah, you right!

Pete Francis
As co-founder of Dispatch- a trio widely recognized as one of the biggest independent acts in rock history-singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Pete Francis proved himself to be an artist of boundless creativity and joyful versatility. In 2013 he constructed and began operating Dragon Crest Recording Studio at his home in Old Greenwich, Connecticut. The studio served as the main recording site for Volume 1, the debut album from his latest musical venture, Dragon Crest Collective. In bringing Volume 1 to life, Francis teamed up with local musicians to build a high-energy, party-ready but strikingly thoughtful hybrid of lo-fi hip-hop and groove-heavy rock. Working primarily out of Dragon Crest Recording Studio, Francis has also produced material for a host of acclaimed artists, including jazz pianist Paul Tillotson and jazz organist Brian Charette.

Nardy Boy is one crazy-ass mash up of funk, 2nd line, blues and jazz motifs and deeply soulful singing. Led by New Orleans own Renard Boissiere, the band swings to a variety of grooves planned and impromptu, and his vocals are often punctuated by an eclectic set of scat and vocal efx.

Nardy Boy shows often feature guest musicians who stop by and sit in as the band drops the cool vibe, flowing from old-time tunes in a hip-hop style and elevating 2nd line struts from the streets of Treme, all setting the stage for highly danceable, extended jams.

Renard, the bands guitarist, lead vocalist and primary composer, is joined by regular band members Terrel Brown on keys, Mike Tepper on bass, Mike Paolucci on drums, and Dave Porter on guitar.
