Peachy Chicken's 1st Friday: May!
Our May host is Tom Johnson, artistic director of the Brody Theater, which he founded in 1996. Since then he has to taught, directed and performed improvisation at the Brody, as well as around the US and in ten other countries. He is a founding member of Orcas Island Project, an international performance collective with members from five continents. Tom has also been a standup comedian and sketch writer/performer since 1981. Recent works include His revue: Surrounded by Idiots, and a US tour with Bob Odenkirk. He has also been a frequent contributor and on-air performer on X-Ray FM in Portland. We're so glad to have him.
Featuring with us for the first time are Hot Stanley. Hot Stanley is 20 years old, which is great, because improv is a young persons game. Wait. The three people in Triad are NOT 20 years old. They are older. Which is fine, because great improv doesnt have to do with your age at all. Thats the theory, anyway.
Hot Stanley is Phil Incorvia, Kerry Leek, and Brandan McClain.
