To celebrate Sacramento Beer Week Chef Mike Fagnoni of Hawks Public House and Head Brewer Derek Gallanosa of Moksa Brewing have teamed up to showcase the full potential of pairing beer with food. With both Chef and Brewer known for using the highest quality ingredients along with an acute attention to detail, this lunch is poised to be a truly unique experience. Both Chef Mike and Derek will be be in house to present each course and elaborate on the pairings.
