Live Oak Dance Presents: ELEMENTA
Verdant jungles. Roaring oceans. Soil, rock, and fire. The sum of the parts is the ancestral matter that conspired to create you.
Live Oak Dance presents our Spring 2018 Production, Elementa.
The essential, most basic components that make up our planet connect us to its past, as well as to our own origin stories as human beings. Featuring the work of Live Oak students and staff, and with original choreography by company owner and director Jarina Carvalho, Elementa is an exploration and a celebration of our home, past, and presence.
Important! Please plan to arrive thirty minutes before showtime. Doors will open at 1:30 for the 2PM show, and 4:30 for the 5PM show. When the production begins at 2PM and 5PM, the doors will close. NO late arrivals will be allowed into the performance once the doors close. This is to ensure that our students do not become distracted during the performance, as the entrance is located on the stage side. No iPhone usage, photographs, or videos will be allowed for the same reason. Photos and video of the performance will be available for purchase a few weeks post-production. Thank you for your cooperation.
We appreciate your support of our studio from the bottom of our hearts. Our students and staff have worked so hard to be able to put on this production, which we hope will be as inspiring for you as it was for us. Thank you!
