Schlemmerreise/Culinary Journey: Berlin
Join us in the new year for Schlemmerreise 2018 to experience the cuisine of various German-speaking regions. Maks Deli will be hosting dinners one Sunday a month, at 5:00 pm and 6:30 pm.
This month's destination is Berlin, featuring Königsberger Klopse with sauce and steamed buttered potatoes. Vegetarian option features Klopse made out of Quinoa. A salad bar is also included. The desert will be Berliner Luft, a white mouse topped with raspberry sauce.
Berliner Weisse and other alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
