Full unrestricted breathing is the key to our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. How often are you aware of your breathing? For example do you notice yourself holding your breath as you read this? When you get stressed, anxious or angry? You're not alone!

When we become aware of our patterns of behaviour (whether physical, thoughts, or emotions) we can make different choices. A full unrestricted breath correlates to a free flowing and abundant life. The good news is that we can empower and free ourselves from the past and experience the life we desire, using the power of our breath!

Who can attend?

Breathing is something everyone does naturally! Therefore everybody can benefit from experiencing the power of their own breath. There are no pre-requisites, just a smile and an open heart and mind.

IMPORTANT: Bookings are limited to 1 ticket per booking. You will be required to complete a pre-workshop questionnaire. If booking via mobile the questionnaire will follow via email and needs to be completed and returned prior to the workshop**** Thanks in advance for your assistance.

What to bring & wear

During the breathing session itself you will be lying down. Please wear loose, comfortable, unrestrictive clothing and bring a bottle of water with you. For extra comfort you are welcome to bring a pillow and a blanket with you.
Note - We highly recommend avoiding caffeine, alcohol or cigarettes before and after the session.

About the organiser

My name is Philippa Wilkin and I'm a Certified Transformational Breath® Trainer. In my previous life I had a successful career working in the financial services sector in London.

After more than a decade and a lot of soul searching I realised that my job wasn't giving me the purpose and passion I'd subconsciously craved. I knew deep down that I possessed something greater to bring to the world and decided to take a journey of self discovery and work out what that 'thing' was.

So I quit my job and set forth to California to train with Dr Judith Kravitz, the founder of Transformational Breath® and the rest as they say, is history.

I was amazed by the profound changes I personally experienced and established Breathworks to share the power of Transformational Breath® around the world.

We offer coaching & Transformational Breath® therapy services in the UK, Brazil and internationally including individual private sessions, life coaching and group workshops. We support and guide people in how to reconnect with themselves and walk the path to living their best life.

What is Transformational Breath?

Transformational Breath is a safe, gentle, yet simple technique that helps you open up the full potential your breathing system for better physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. At its core, it teaches a pattern of conscious breathing using the diaphragm to return to our healthy, natural breath. Benefits can include increased energy, improved detoxification, better immune response and increased ability to deal with the stresses of daily life.

The technique is taught by fully trained facilitators whose intention is to give each person an understanding of how they can work with their own breath to create personal transformation. It can be used to great effect either on its own, or in combination with other types of treatment.

Transformational Breath was developed by Dr Judith Kravitz, incorporating her knowledge of conscious breathing techniques and various other healing principles. Its a highly efficient and effective self-empowering technique, benefitting thousands of people world-wide for over thirty years.

Are there any risks or contraindications?

We believe that everyone can benefit from improving their breathing. There will be time at registration to advise us of any medical conditions, and if necessary we may make adjustments to your position for breathing. As always, if you still have concerns we recommend that you consult your doctor for further advice.

Cancellation

Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend we are happy to transfer the ticket to another person with 48 hours notice.
