Arrival Wednesday, August 19, 6:00 PM Tour Guides: JoAnn and Richard Crandall A Festival of Dinners first Chef Chris Blackwood of Avery Brewing Company will select current brews to accompany each course. Averys Beer Archeologist and CU Lecturer in Classics and Anthropology, Travis Rupp, will speak about the origins and history of beer.
