An Evening of Grace
"The closer we get to mass incarceration and extreme levels of punishment, the more I believe it's necessary to recognize that we all need mercy, we all need justice, and--perhaps--we all need some measure of unmerited grace." (Bryan Stevenson)
Join Grace Episcopal Church for an evening with the residents and alumni of St. Leonards Ministries, whose mission it is to empower formerly incarcerated men and women to lead whole and productive lives.
What experiences have shaped their journey? How were they sustained through the hardships of their time in prison? What can we learn about our own experience of grace as they testify to the grace they have experienced?
Program with Q&A begins at 6:30 p.m., followed by a reception at 8:00 p.m.
Space is limited, advance tickets highly recommended. 100% of the proceeds benefit St. Leonard's Ministries.
