Herbarium tour and workshop: A Library of Plants (and Art)
Learn about the Huntington's herbarium, or reference collection of preserved plant specimens, on a tour with Dr. Paul Meyers, biology professor from Pierce College. See some of the first plants of their type collected and the art that supports scientific research. Then create your own herbarium specimen of California poppy to display at home. Huntington members: $40; non-members: $45.
