Pig Farm

In this Kitchen-Sink Drama meets Comedic Farce, Tom & Tina are two married farmers that run the most illegal operation west of the Mississippi. They own 15,000 pigs. And are dumping the sludge in a nearby river. When Teddy, an EPA officer bursts in to expose their farm, these two will do anything to keep it a secret. Unfortunately, theyre not alone. Tim, whos on parole from juvenile hall, only makes things worse when he falls in love with Tina. Together, the 3 fight to not just to keep all their pigs, but also to keep the government from controlling their way of life.

Scribe Greg Kotis, who elevated toilet humor to Tony-winning levels in Urinetown, applies the same quirky comic sensibility to animal husbandry in this disgustingly funny farce, which is set on a rural pig farm and sends up beloved myths about hard times and heroism in the American heartland.
