This intimate and nourishing sacred Cacao Ceremony, working with the energies of rebirth of Spring and the New Moon, is intended to help you open to the giving and receiving of more Unconditional Love and attune with your Higher Self. To fully open your Heart to the Light of your Self aided by Cacao, so that you may move into Spring more anchored in your Heart Light, letting go of all energies that no longer serve you as you leave winter behind. Taking time to fully nourish and nurture yourself as we transition between seasons, being supported by the energies of the New Moon.
This will be a small and intimate Cacao Ceremony in a safe and lovingly held space. In sacred circle, we will share our intentions, in the spirit of Unity, Equality and Community, all Hearts joining as One. Then, we will each have an opportunity to give and receive Unconditional Love in a sacred Group Heart Blessing and Meditation using music to open the Heart. The night ends with a sublime Gong Bath to realign you with your Higher Self, and wash away any lower energies.
This Ceremony will take place in a warm and cosy private location near Clapham Junction. The full address will be sent to you upon booking. Space is very limited, so please book early to guarantee a spot.

An intimate Cacao ceremony, in a lovingly held safe space, working with the Spirit of Cacao, to open our Hearts. Cacao is a sacred ceremonial medicine used by the ancients in Southern and Central America for thousands of years, where it was seen as a hotline to the Divine. Cacao is a light and gentle plant medicine but it can also work more deeply on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels.
Magic happens in sacred ceremonial spaces. I would be honoured if you allowed me to guide you through this journey, back into the One Heart.
Doors will open at 7pm and we will start at 7.15pm. **Please read the Guidance below to prepare for the ceremony.**

I Love nothing more than to enable people to become more aware of their Divine Heart Self and to remember the powerful creator that they are. We each have the power to manifest Infinite Possibilities. To truly know ourselves is, I believe, the greatest gift we can offer to humanity. My passion for empowering people to remember their Divine Infinite Self takes me to facilitating wellbeing Workshops, Ceremonies, Festivals and Retreats, teaching Yoga, Meditation, leading Cacao Ceremonies with 5 element ecstatic dance, & working One on One with Reiki, Breathwork, Indian Head Massage and in Intuitive Coaching and Heart Healing sessions.

TICKETS:
£25 including ceremonial Cacao. Advance booking is essential.
GUIDANCE FOR THE CACAO CEREMONY:
Avoid eating a heavy meal for at least 3 hours before the Cacao Ceremony starts and arrive hydrated
Avoid caffeine & alcohol on the day of the Ceremony
Try your best to avoid alcohol, caffeine or any other intoxicants for a few days prior
Bring a bottle of water.
Wear something you are comfortable sitting in
Bring a blanket for the gong bath and also a cushion if you have one.
Optional- bring an offering for the altar. Something special to you.

Fri 30 March- Full Moon Cacao Ceremony with 5 Element Ecstatic Dance- A beautiful Sacred Cacao Ceremony on the Full Moon to open the Heart, followed by an ecstatic dance journey through the 5 Elements to dance your prayers into motion! A Natural High celebration of Life! This ceremony is to honour the coming of Spring. Booking is essential. These run monthly on the Friday closest to the Full Moon.
