MARROW, DUET, GOLDWATER
Ian Spencer Bell presents an evening of dance and poetry on Wednesday, May 9 and Thursday, May 10 at 7 p.m. at the Martha Graham Studio Theater, 55 Bethune Street, New York City. Blending idiosyncratic movement with classical dance and poetry, Bell creates a queer language of his own. The New York Times describes his work as "not dance and not poetry but some third medium." He is joined in performance by longtime collaborators Joshua Tuason and Jenna Liberati, as well as Gary Champi and Lexie Thrash. Nicholas Houfek lights his sixth show for Bell.
