Coggon Yoga Session 2 (April & May)
Location and Equipment: Well meet at the Coggon Center in Room #6. The space will be open from 5:15 - 8:00 pm each week.
Please bring a mat if you already have one. We do have some extras for use, so dont feel the need to buy one! We will bring blocks and straps for your use also. We would suggest bringing a blanket and/or light sweater for our final pose, especially if you tend to be cold. If you have knee issues, you may want to bring a towel to use as extra cushion under your joints.

Cost and Payment:
$50 for all six classes. Were unable to offer drop-in right now.
