It is officially Spring and sunshine and ramps will be back in our lives! The ramps we serve at Delaware and Hudson are thanks to the great skill and dedication of Greenmarket Legend, Rick Bishop. Ramps are coming back and we want to share our love of this special type of wild onion with all of you! Join us for a ramp themed prix fixe with seatings from seven to ten pm with a casual Q&A with Rick Bishop at seven pm.
