Join Bob LeRose, owner of Bobby Qs Cue & Company, for a memorable evening of barbecue basics. Learn the techniques of low & slow barbecue cooking, including insider tips on smoking and slow-cooking ribs, brisket and pulled pork. There will be demonstrations of a variety of rub and sauce preparations as well. The best part is sitting down to enjoy what weve cooked! BYO wine & beer. Class limited to 16. P.S.
