PANCHA RASER DHARA
You will get a taste of cultural talents from both West Bengal and Bangladesh through instrumental music (sitar), songs, dance, recitation/reading and drama.
Special attractions: (a) A mesmerizing confluence of MANIPURI, KATHAK & BHARATANATYAM by a trio of eminent dancers, Sanjib Bhattacharya, Antara Datta and Nandini Mandal, (b) A captivating SITAR recital by Sri Debarshi Roy (table accompaniment by Sri Subhasis Mukherjee), (c) An unforgettable double-drama sequence "MEGH PAHARER PAKHIRA" by MILITS of Michigan, (d) The mellifluous voices of Debangana Sarkar and Sugata Chatterjee Additional attraction: (a) An exhibition of a collection of 'LITTLE MAGAZINES' from Bengal (b) A PAINTING EXHIBITION by a young, talented artist Madhumanti Roy Barman
**Snacks and dinner before and after the program**
**Free parking is being arranged through the CSU facilities management (more later)**
