The Long Table Project is an exclusive 4-course dinner experience curated by IPA's own Executive Chef Rick Daniels, and featuring beer from Firestone Walker Brewing.
This third installment of The Long Table Project features perfect pairings of food and drinks that are sure to be worth exploring. Each dinner caters a limited number of guests at a long table creating an intimate dinner.

This third version with find Chef Rick's meal paired with fine beers from Firestone Walker including some vintage Stickee Monkee and Anniversary Ale.
Limited Seating.
1st course- Garden Pea Soup, Fried Crawfish Tails, Crispy Panchetta, Cayenne Infused Oil. Paired with Luponic Distortion IPA #009 2nd course- Roasted Petite Lamb Chops, Fava & Cauliflower Purees, Spring Herb Salad. Paired with DBA (Double Barrel British Style Pale Ale) 3rd course- Smoked Quail stuffed with Housemade Sausage & Morels, Leek Risotto, Artichokes, Blistered Tomatoes. Paired with a vintage Stickee Monkee Central Coast Quad from the cellar 4th course- Goat Cheese Cheesecake, Farm Strawberry Compote. Paired with Nitro Merlin Milk Stout
