"Single Track High" and Fundraiser for Richmond Mountain Bike Team
Join us for a special night to celebrate high school mountain biking.
We'll be hosting a screening of the documentary "Single Track High", eat pizza, win prizes, and connect with other mountain bike enthusiasts.
There has never been a high school mountain bike team in Richmond, until now. The Richmond Composite team aims to get more kids out on the trails. The students are predominantly minority, low-income with little access to open spaces and little representation in the outdoor industry. The coaches are all volunteer coaches who believe that getting more kids out on bikes is a good thing for everyone.
All proceeds for the event go directly to the Richmond Composite team, securing bikes and gear for all the riders, race entries for the riders, and getting our coaches trained.
