Building Bridges Not Walls: The Educated Muslim Mind
Join the Chicagoland Muslim Students Associations for a night filled with speakers and artists who illustrate the importance of breaking through negative stereotypes and depicting the importance of standing for what one believes in by building effective bridges with others.
A refreshments and networking session will begin at 5:30 pm of which includes heavy horderves. The event will then feature keynote speaker Ubaydullah Evans, comedian Abdallah Jasim, and many other performers and spoken word artists!
Organized by the Muslim Student Associations of Rush University, Benedictine University, Saint Xavier, and Illinois Institute of Technology.
Co-Sponsored by the Rush University Office of Student Diversity & Multicultural Affairs and Office of Student Life & Engagement.
Tickets can be purchased beginning March 5th, 2018 for a discounted rate of $10 through March 24, 2018. Starting March 25, ticket prices will increase to $15.

Please note that if you are parking in the Rush Visitor Parking garage, the doors off of the 4th floor to the building close after 7 p.m. If friends or others arrive after that, theyll have to enter on the first floor of the Professional Building.
