A special event pairing of Crooked Thumb brews with charcuterie from La Quercia, an artisan cured meats maker from Norwalk, IA. We will be covering 4 different parts of the pig from salami to prosciutto...Lomo to 'Nduja. You will receive a flight of four 4oz beers, four selections of charcuterie, crackers, pickles and a highlight cheese Red Dragon: A Mustard Seed & Ale Welsh Cheddar. DeAnna Kent from The Traveling Cheeseboard and Travis Kruger with Crooked Thumb will walk you through the pairings and how the flavors enhance each other. This will be a limited ticket event held at the community table at Crooked Thumb especially for Tampa Bay Beer Week.
