March 2018 Wine Tasting

For our March meeting we will be exploring the wines of the Piedmont region of Italy with Trevor Treller. Trevor is a second level Sommelier at Beverleys in the Coeur dAlene Resort. Trevor conducts an educational wine class the first Saturday of each month at Beverleys. Besides being very educational they are lively, interactive and just a lot of fun. There was much deliberation on what type of program he wanted to present to our group. In the end he decided to keep it simple and just talk about his most favorite wine region.

Working with three of our local distributors we have selected 7 classic Piedmont wines. The whites will include an Arneis and a Gavi. For the reds we will be pouring a Barbera, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo and lastly a Barolo.

All tickets must be purchased by Tuesday, March 6 at midnight. We regret that we are not able to provide a refund after midnight on March 6.

The tasting begins at 7:30 p.m. and doors open at 7:15 p.m.
