Spring 2018 Teach the Teachers Workshop - Chemistry Rocks!
Do you know the differences between a mineral, a rock and a gemstone? This years theme is Chemistry Rocks! and it focuses on geochemistry. Please join us for classroom activities that explore the interesting world of gemstones, rocks and minerals.
Hands-on activities, a curriculum binder, and lab supplies for the classroom will be provided free of charge to each educator that participates in this educational, entertaining workshop. A continental breakfast and lunch will be included. No chemistry background required!
