Wednesdays, 6.30 - 8pm (STARTING 6 JUNE).
A fun, energetic introduction to contemporary dance. Stemming from Graham and Limón techniques, in this class you will improve your posture, learn to use the torso (curve and spiral), explore leg rotation, shifting weight and floor work. You'll experience increased strength, flexibility and the exhilaration of jumps and leaps along with short phrases of Rambert company repertoire to awaken your performance artist.
Class level: Complete beginners/those with some movement experience. For those who wish to learn the fundamentals of contemporary dance technique.
Please note this is a 6-week short course starting on 6 June, 2018.
